Warranty Policy


Touchhlink offers 24-month warranty time for all the products from the date of shipment. Extended warranty service up to 3 years or 5 years are also available, please contact with our salesmen for details.


  • DOA Service (Dead On Arrival)

    For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 30 days after customers received the goods, customers ship the goods to Touchhlink for repair service. Round trip ship cost will be taken by Touchhlink. It usually takes for 7-15 working days for this, transportation time excluded.


  • RMA Service (Return Merchandise Authorization)

    For quality issues caused by non-human factors in 24 months after customers received the goods, customers ship the defective goods to Touchhlink for repair. Touchhlink will pay for the returning shipping fee after the maintenance service is finished, which will usually takes for 7-15 working days, transportation time excluded.


  • Paid Service

    We offer life-long maintenance service for all the customers, if the products are out of warranty time, customers only need to pay a limited charge for the service according to the agreement of both parties.


  • Shipping freight

    DOA: The round trip shipping cost is at Touchhlink’s expense

    RMA: Customers ship the goods to Touchhlink factory with freight on them, and Touchhlink will send back the goods after the maintenance with freight paid by us.


  • Shipping method

    To be determined by customers and Touchhlink salesmen after their negotiation.
