For samples, we accept 100% T/T in advance, for bulk orders, we accept deposit T/T in advance, and balance before shipment.

Normally, our trade terms is EXW, if customers request other terms like FOB, CIF, we could negotiate this when come to bulk order.

We usually don’t have MOQ request for our standard items, but for special project, we will see according to the specific requirements.

For standard items, 2-4 weeks are enough, for customized ones, please check with salesmen.

A 24-month warranty is a standard for all the products sold to customers, extended service time up to 3 years or 5 years are also available according customers’ requirement .

Our factory is certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001, our products have passed CE, RoHS, TCO, CB, UL, FCC,CCC etc.

OEM & ODM are always welcomed here. We have our own R&D team who can support our customers from the product prototype to mass production for their project.
